Nomad Helmet Face Shield

• Adds the coverage of a face shield to most half-style helmets
• Fits Nomad half-helmets with a small visor that is attached by two screws on the sides and a pin, snap or screw in the middle
• Shield fits in between the visor and shell using the same three-point attachment system as the visor
• Includes longer screws to replace the existing visor screws
• Slotted sides allow adjustment for most helmet sizes and configurations

New, unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit. Used items can be returned within 30 days of delivery and may only be refunded in the form of store credit.

• New, unused items must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including manufacturer tags where applicable.
• Used and undamaged items will be issued store credit in the form of a personal credit code. We will not accept the return of products damaged due to negligence or abuse.
• Closeout items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please take the time to carefully package your returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.

If you feel that your item is eligible for a warranty evaluation by the manufacturer due to defect in its materials or workmanship, contact Support.

Store Credits

• Store credits issued for returned items will expire one year from the date of issuance.
• All other store credits expire 90 days from issuance, including credits issued by Support or as part of a promotion.

Orders older than 30 days:   Please contact Support. To ensure you have a valid warranty issue and to help get it resolved as quickly as possible please make sure your email and item falls within the following guidelines.

• Item displays a manufacturer defect. Therefore it is not damaged as a result of natural wear and tear or accidents resulting in broken gear.
• Please provide as much detail as possible in your 
  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  
  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  Damages and issues
  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  
  
  Exceptions / non-returnable items
  Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  
  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  
  
  Exchanges
  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
  
  
  European Union 14 day cooling off period
  Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  
  
  Refunds
  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges & Return Numbers (RMAs)

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your original purchase and place a new order at the same time. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you’ll get the new product quickly and that it won’t go out of stock while you wait for an exchange. Just return your item and place a new order. You’ll receive a full refund for items returned in new, unused condition and store credit (issued in the form of credits applied to your account) for the return of used product. Refunds and credits are issued as soon as your return is received by our Returns Department. Call or chat with Support if you’d prefer to make an exchange without setting up a new order.
